The Youth Property Training Programme is a practical, hands-on property education and development programme created for young people aged 15–30.
It combines real-world property training, practical project experience, mentoring, financial education, business skills and genuine industry exposure, giving young people the chance to understand how property and business actually works, not just read about it.
This is not a “get rich quick” property course.
It is about building confidence, commercial awareness, practical skills and real opportunities for the future.

Most property education is aimed at adults, often long after important attitudes towards money, careers and opportunity have already started to form. Youth Property was created to change that — giving young people earlier access to practical financial education, commercial thinking, property knowledge, mentors and real-world experience.
The aim is simple: to help young people become more confident, commercially aware and better equipped to recognise opportunities, make informed decisions and build successful futures — whether they eventually work in property or not.
Build confidence with money, decision-making, communication and professional environments.
Learn how to budget, analyse risk, negotiate, solve problems and recognise opportunities.
Gain practical exposure to property projects, industry professionals and mentoring.

The goal isn’t to push everyone into property — it’s to give young people practical skills, commercial awareness and confidence that can open doors in many different directions.
Some young people may go on to become investors. Others may become surveyors, architects, estate agents, developers, tradespeople, mortgage advisers, project managers or business owners. Many may never work in property at all — and that’s completely fine.
The bigger objective is to develop young people who can think commercially, solve problems confidently, understand money, communicate professionally and recognise how value is created. Those skills can shape careers, businesses and lives far beyond property.
Learning starts with the foundations, then moves into real opportunities, practical projects and ends with genuine industry experience.

Understand money, property strategies, risk, finance, negotiation, compliance and how deals are assessed.

Learn how to source potential deals, assess costs and value, compare strategies and understand what makes an opportunity stack up.

Take learning beyond theory with exposure to real projects, refurbishment stages, budgeting, materials, timelines and project decisions.

Use what you’ve learned to understand possible career routes, apprenticeships, property pathways, business opportunities and future development.
